Goddess,
During the most recent meeting of my business team, my VA made a suggestion for a change to one of our business procedures. She has an inside view of my business, so when she has an idea, I listen.
Most of the time we’ll implement her suggestions, but not this time.
She related that a lot of her other clients had implemented her idea as part of their system, yet I felt a growing knot in my stomach.
“I don’t want to do that,” I explained.
It was a good idea, it just wasn’t a good idea for me. And I’ve been doing this long enough to know when something will work for me and when it won’t.
It’s not about the obstinate little child in me throwing a tantrum, saying, “I donwanna…”
It’s not about fear, or shame, or guilt.
It’s a clear understanding of who I am and what I’m meant to do in the world.
This is the Art of Feminine Marketing. It can sometimes feel like a great big pain in the butt.
