Politics, the economy, the environment; everywhere you look, the noise is designed to pull us into fear. When fear takes over, our fight, flight, or freeze lizard brain switches on…
… and we lose focus on the soul work we came here to do.
I know this intimately. When I slip into lizard brain, nothing gets done.
Frustration builds, fear multiplies, and suddenly I’m frozen… or flighty … or even picking fights that aren’t mine to fight.
Sound familiar?
Here are 3 practices I use to bring myself back to center:
- Remember the #1 truth: Source is my source.
Your clients are not the source of your abundance. Neither is your partner, your boss, the government, your couch cushions, or a lottery ticket. All of these are channels through which Source flows abundance. But the source itself? Always Source.- Breathe. Ground into Mama Earth. Remind yourself: Source has your back. Your job is to show up, clear your energy channels, rewrite your ancestral money codes, and align your actions with your soul work. Then take your next right step.
- Look at how far you’ve come.
Our biology is wired to scan forward: What’s next? Where’s the danger? What do I need to prepare for? But when we only look ahead, we forget our wins.- Pause. Notice the clients you’ve served, the tasks you’ve completed, the income you’ve already expanded this year. Celebrate it all—it fuels your next right step.
- Surround yourself with high vibe women.
In times of change (like right now), we need circles that call us into our higher vibration. Sisters who see our magic, who remind us that together we are stronger, wiser, and capable of shaping a new world.
